Attorney Stinson is the senior attorney and owner at Stinson Law. His focus is primarily on Real Estate transactions and title matters, dealing with sellers, buyers, and lenders as they navigate the residential and commercial closing process.
Since forming the firm, Mr. Stinson has guided the firm through phenomenal growth and takes pride in the great reputation Stinson Law has in the real estate community throughout the North Shore.
Mr. Stinson began his legal career in politics as an adviser to many state and local elected officials, including Representative Brad Hill and State Senator Bruce Tarr. He has served as campaign adviser on many local and national races including serving as Political Director for Richard Tisei in his bid for U.S. Congress in 2012 and Campaign Manager for Lesli Gooch for Congress in Los Angeles, California.
Mr. Stinson served on the Board of Selectmen in Hamilton, MA from 2010-2013 and later served on the town’s Finance and Advisory Committee from 2013-2014. He is a member of the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce, North Shore Association of Realtors, Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Real Estate Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
Mr. Stinson earned his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law in Boston, MA and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
Attorney Stinson currently resides with his wife Brittany in Beverly, MA.
