Erica Betcher joined the firm as an attorney in 2015. Her focus is on our real estate and estate planning clients helping them navigate through real estate transactions and estate matters.
Attorney Betcher began her legal career working for the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue where she assisted in adjudicating paternity as well as establishing, modifying, and enforcing child support obligations. She then went on to work at a medium-sized civil litigation firm where she primarily focused on domestic relations with an emphasis on divorce law.
At Stinson Law, Erica focuses on residential real estate matters representing lending institutions and individuals throughout the home-buying and selling process. Her attention to detail and commitment to her client’s needs never goes unnoticed by our firm’s lenders and clients.
Ms. Betcher earned her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA and her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Greater Lynn Bar Association.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with family and friends.
